Pecan Pie

This pecan pie is very rich!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. corn syrup

1/4 c. butter

3 eggs. beaten

1 c. pecans

Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter.  Bring to a boil.  Beat eggs and add nuts.  Add hot syrup gradually.  Cool.  Pour cooled filling into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until knife inserted comes out clean).
