Pulled Pork Sliders are great for a backyard barbecue or picnic at the lake (also good to take to the tailgating party at your favorite sports event)!
This recipe is ridiculously easy. You just cook it in the slow cooker and don’t have to stay around and watch it. (my kind of cooking)!
This is a slow cooker recipe.
3-5 lb. pork loin (trim off extra fat)
2-4 c. barbecue sauce (depends on how much you like)
2 diced onions
Place meat in slow cooker. Top with onion and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove pork and shred with a fork. Then return the meat to the slow cooker and top with some more barbecue sauce.
Serve on buns (I like coleslaw on it, but you put what you like).
