Banana bread is delicious! Easy to make, too.
This delicious bread is a good way to use up those ripe bananas!
This recipe doesn’t have any milk in it!
1 c. sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 mashed bananas (need to be very ripe)
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Don’t use a mixer.
Cream together sugar and vegetable oil. Add and mix (with a spoon) in order listed: eggs, bananas, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Add flour a little at a time and stir. Add nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hr. for regular size loaf pan.
