Broccoli and Mushroom casserole is a great side dish for entertaining!
This dish is special and you will agree that it is pretty yummy.
1 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 onion (finely chopped)
10 large mushrooms (cut into large pieces)
1 c. crushed cheese crackers
Cook frozen broccoli according to package instructions. Melt butter and add dash of garlic. Saute mushroom and onion.
Mix cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup and sour cream together. Add salt and black pepper. Stir well. Add mushroom and onions to mixture. Put mixture into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Spread crushed cheese crackers over mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 – 10.
